ABOUT US
World Peace Volunteers Alternative Dispute Resolution Centre (WPV ADR Centre) provides conflict prevention, resolution, management and training services, aims assist individuals and organizations to manage disputes and conflict through alternative dispute resolution processes.
Our trained mediators work to promote better understanding and communication by offering the highest quality mediation services to those in conflict by helping people better listen, understand and talk to each other. Our voluntary guide parties toward recognizing areas of agreement and highlighting realistic ways to move forward.
WPV ADR Centre provides peaceful resolution and solutions to conflicts and disputes confronting individuals at a personal and professional level, as a member of a community, and facing the world at large. Through our services and initiatives, we seek to build a world where peace is not only hoped for but also actively sought after. No conflict signifies and end, peace is just a dialogue away!
We will simplify conflict resolution in the society, where information and power asymmetries have complicated the ease of access to justice today. Conflicts in this social context are a challenge to stability and peace in the society. We are dedicated to peaceful, predictable, easy and simple access to justice in the form of in-depth conflict resolution – between individuals, groups or communities – by initiating dialogue and building synergy using alternative dispute resolution procedures.
WPV ADR Centre provides systems that envisages and facilitates models for active conflict resolution in all walks of life but also strive to ensure that the practice of conflict resolution is implemented at various levels of society, such as between communities, groups and individuals.
We institutionalize conflict resolution through easing the process of conflict and dispute resolution. We want to realize the dream of mainstreaming negotiation, mediation and conciliation by making it an easily available opportunity for people across the globe to resort to resolution instead of litigation, resort to dialogue and progress instead of violence and destruction and to show the world that negotiation and mediation is the only way forward. WPV ADR Centre was established for facilitating conflict Resolution, Research, Mediation, Counselling, among other methods of conflict and dispute resolution.
WPV seeks to establish and develop a fully independent Alternative Dispute Resolution System for the expeditious resolution of civil and commercial disputes characterized by reliability, fairness and accessibility, unconditional application of the rule of law, and flexibility that is responsive to the needs of global business markets. Provide effective and efficient Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services to individuals, organizations in ghana which aims at promoting world peace.

We value people, the community, every individual who is a party to and aids th process of conflict and dispute resolution; we value the work, the ingenuity, innovation and most of all, we value communication, which is the most important aspect of effective and justice induced and dispute resolution process.
We strive to preserve and maintain the integrity of relationships between disputants. This is achieved through encouraging the use of mediation as an alternative dispute mechanism rather than litigation and advanced processes. Our intervention will promote positive resolution instead of destructive conflict.

Our presence in dispute resolution will create cohesive environments where mediation can succeed. Our goal is the furtherance of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) as a mechanism of reconciliation, focusing on mediation.
OBJECTIVES
- To provide world class services of settling national and international commercial and civil disputes through mediation, arbitration and other methods of alternative dispute resolution, in accordance with the WPV Arbitration and Mediation Rules agreed upon between the parties of a dispute.
- To empower regional, commence by increasing confidence in the administration and accessibility of dispute resolution.
- To be an innovative and technologically advanced international Alternative Dispute Resolution Centre.
- To promote awareness of the methods of alternative dispute resolution through conferences, symposia, workshops, training courses, specialist publications and printed material and by other means.
